Brook Farm is £550 per night for 8 guests. We can accommodate two extra guests on a fold-out bed (fully made up with french linen and feather pillows) for a cost of £75 per person per night to a maximum of 10 guests. We also have two travel cots.

We welcome furry friends but there is a cost of £25 per pooch. We respectfully ask that they remain downstairs for the duration of their visit and off the sofas. If they have very muddy floors please keep them in the kitchen until they are dry!

During peak season, we offer Brook Farm for a full week only, with a Saturday change over. Off season, we are flexible, but have a minimum two night stay policy.
