Beautiful house and gardens for our family to get together. We had great fun in the games barn and then warming up around the stunning fire place in the sitting room. Dinner around the large table in the dining room and casual breakfasts in the kitchen.

We booked Mel’s place for a Christmas girls weekend break, to say it was the perfect venue is an understatement. The communal areas are great with a dining table in the dining room which was where we had our ‘Christmas dinner’ and a huge oven was great for us to do our cooking. The lounge is big with all the apps on the tv for your needs, two big sofas which meant none of us had to sit on the floor and the gorgeous open fire!! Two spacious bathrooms for us girls to get ready in with plenty of room. Towels provided for the house and the hot tub so no need to worry about that before you come. We didn’t use the hot tub as we had a rainy weekend which meant we stayed indoors cosy with games (many of which are stored in the tv cabinet) The house really made our planned weekend the best! Not that there were many questions but Mel was very responsive and happy help with what we we needed. 100% RECOMMEND!!!! 5 star stay!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love wild swimming and the pond was perfect, my husband and daughter even had a dip which was amazing. I saw a kingfisher and some water birds and as soon as you pull in through the gates you feel the peace and quiet surround you.

We were a group of 8 friends and we had a fabulous weekend at Mel’s place from beginning to end . Easy communication and check in . The place is absolutely stunning , every last detail so well considered and so stylish . Extremely well equipped we had everything we needed . So spacious and comfortable ( the bed linen in particular was heavenly ) comfy beds and gorgeously decorate spaces . Set in beautiful grounds it was so peaceful . If looking for a space to relax with friends or family you can’t go wrong . Absolutely perfect.

What a beautiful peaceful place to relax and recharge. Took our 5 children and the dog and never saw them so chilled, the games room being a huge plus, no phones, no xbox, just imagination, fresh country air and nature, we wished we booked for longer. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Brook Farm and only wished we could have stayed longer. There is a a lounge and separate dining room so it is perfect for large groups. The grounds were perfect for our dogs as well! Would highly recommend this as a place to holiday.

Really nice place with cool interiors, beautiful surroundings and super clean and comfortable. Really well equipped and had everything we needed. Gorgeous land around the building too. Surprise visit from three peacocks was an added extra which we loved!
