What a beautiful peaceful place to relax and recharge. Took our 5 children and the dog and never saw them so chilled, the games room being a huge plus, no phones, no xbox, just imagination, fresh country air and nature, we wished we booked for longer. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Brook Farm and only wished we could have stayed longer. There is a a lounge and separate dining room so it is perfect for large groups. The grounds were perfect for our dogs as well! Would highly recommend this as a place to holiday.

Really nice place with cool interiors, beautiful surroundings and super clean and comfortable. Really well equipped and had everything we needed. Gorgeous land around the building too. Surprise visit from three peacocks was an added extra which we loved!

We had a fantastic time in truly wonderful surroundings. It was for a family birthday celebration with 3 generations but each was catered for thanks to the gardens, hot tub, games room and space. Our nine year old grandson wanted to come back and suggested he would pay! Result all round!

We had a lovely weekend in Suffolk for my 25th birthday celebrations with 5 couples and 3 labradors! Mel left us a bottle of Prosecco, beers & dog treats/bags which was a nice surprise! Labradors loved the large space of land to run around, such a lovely property. Great stay, will 100% be back!

We stayed in Mel's beautiful farm house for a special 50th birthday celebration with close friends. The house and grounds are simply stunning, complete with little lake and hot tub which was enjoyed by all. The games barn is fantastic with table football, table tennis and a snooker (or maybe pool !) table. The football goals and the suitcase full of Lego were an unexpected bonus and those with little humans will know what I'm talking about ! The house itself is beautifully decorated with lots of little touches added by somebody with an expert eye for detail. The lounge with its log fireplace and huge sofa, the beams, the mid century furniture and the fabrics, all create a homely and welcoming atmosphere which we all loved. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough and would visit again in a heartbeat. Thank you Mel.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Mel's place in Suffolk. The house appears to have been recently refurbished and was beautiful throughout. The house feels very spacious downstairs with multiple places for different members of a family or group to hang out. Outside we made good use of the games room in the barn and walking in the surrounds. Overall would recommend Mel's place and location. Would come again, ideally for longer.

Lovely house and grounds in a picturesque location off the beaten track. All was as described and the property very clean on arrival, with everything we needed for our stay. We went as a group of friends and it made the ideal location for our short break, the games room in the barn being a real hit!

The property was clean and fully-functioning, and we received a warm and helpful welcome from Garry the gardener on arrival. We would love to return to spend more long evenings in the hot tub and in front of that fantastic fire!
